Panasonic Corporation will be exhibiting a broad range of its energy solutions and latest line-up of network-enabled AV products at Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA) 2011, scheduled to be held at Messe Berlin in Germany from September 2 to 7, 2011.

Panasonic is aiming to become the "No. 1 Green Innovation Company in the Electronics Industry" by 2018, the 100th anniversary of its foundation. In line with this goal, the Panasonic booth at IFA 2011 will showcase its energy solutions business, which offers comprehensive energy solution ideas for the entire home and town. The energy solutions area will demonstrate Panasonic’s initiatives towards realising a low-carbon society with electric vehicles replacing gas-fueled vehicles, and in particular, how energy-storage solutions for the home can be replicated across an entire town; including sustainable smart town projects such as the Fujisawa Sustainable Smart Town (SST).

Digital AV Network Zone
This area will allow visitors to experience a whole new level of entertainment created through the networking of various AV products around the television. The technologies on display will include a range of applications and connected solutions built for VIERA Connect, for the industry-wide Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA) standard and Wi-Fi-compatible products.
